Yaki Gyoza or “Pot Stickers” are dumplings filled with ground meat and vegetables and wrapped in a thin dough. It’s the Japanese version of Chinese dumpling. These delicious dumplings are crispy and golden brown on the outside, juicy on the inside and can be served as an appetizer or perfect side dish to your Ramen.

Yaki Gyoza or Pot Stickers

- Cook Time: 40 minutes
- Servings: 25 pieces
Ingredients
- 120 g Ground Pork
- 100 g Cabbage Leaves
- 50 g Onions
- 50 g Garlic Chives nira
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- A sprinkle of Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Potato Starch
- 1 tsp Grated Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger Root
- 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce or 1 tsp Chinese-style soup base
- 25 Gyoza Wrappers
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Gyoza Sauce
- 1 tbsp Black Vinegar or regular vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- Hot Chili Oil rayu, optional
- Sesame Oil optional
- Cake or All Purpose Flour for dusting
Recipe Note: The uncooked filling will easily go bad even if stored in the fridge so cook it as soon as possible.
